How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days and arrive within 2-5 working days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on UK orders over £35. Orders under £35 cost £3.99 to deliver.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Email us first at hellogatuzo@gmail.com and we'll send you the return instructions. See our Refund Policy for full details.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What should I do?
Sorry about that! Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
How do I clean the water fountain?
We recommend rinsing the fountain and changing the water every few days, and replacing the filter every 2-4 weeks to keep the water fresh.
Are the toys safe for my cat?
Our toys are designed for cats, but we always recommend supervising play, especially with new toys, and removing any toy that becomes damaged.
